Job summary

Uline, a North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst to apply advanced analytics and AI-driven insights to evaluate shipping performance and influence strategy across our freight network.

You will develop data models and visualizations, producing executive memos and dashboards to support informed decisions and operational improvements. The role offers on-site work with a collaborative team and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in Analytics, Business or Finance.
• Experience with data intelligence, predictive analytics or AI-enabled tools.
• SQL experience preferred; proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and interpret logistics data to create executive summaries, diagrams and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights improving logistics operations.

Position Responsibilities

• Investigate and interpret logistics data to create clear and concise executive summary memos, diagrams and presentations.
• Work with cross functional teams to provide informed, actionable insights supporting the improvement of Uline’s logistics operations, processes and procedures.
• Evaluate shipping rates, surcharges and service standards to optimize logistics strategies.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2+ years in Analytics, Business or Finance.
• Experience using data intelligence, predictive analytics or AI-enabled tools to deliver business insights.
• SQL experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication and time management skills with great attention to detail.
