Uline, a leading North American distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials, is seeking a Solution Analyst - Business Intelligence at its Corporate Headquarters. This role involves delivering custom data warehousing solutions and supporting analytics across the organization.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, documenting data processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and training users on BI tools.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 3+ years in data analysis and requirements gathering.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and analytics.
• Strong SQL skills; Power BI and Informatica a plus.

• Evaluate business needs, establish requirements and recommend data warehousing solutions across the company.
• Create and maintain documents for data processes and models (Scope Analysis, Source to Target Mappings, Conceptual Data Models).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Train and support users on leveraging business intelligence tools effectively.
• Support data quality and governance initiatives.

Position Responsibilities

• Evaluate business needs, establish requirements and recommend impactful data warehousing solutions across our growing company.
• Create and maintain documents for data processes and models such as Scope Analysis, Source to Target Mappings and Conceptual Data Models.

• Train and support users on leveraging business intelligence tools effectively.
• Support data quality and governance initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, requirements gathering and assisting user testing.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and analytical concepts.
• Strong SQL skills. Power BI and Informatica knowledge a plus.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
