Base pay range

$119,076.00/yr - $145,537.00/yr

The Impact You’ll Make

As a Solution Advisor, you will collaborate with diverse teams worldwide to make an impact by:

• Partnering with clients to discover workflows, ensure adoption, and optimize solutions.
• Understanding client strategies, reviewing workflows, and suggesting improvements.
• Advocating for clients, logging issues, and escalating as needed.
• Managing client relationships and coordinating internal interactions.
• Monitoring client satisfaction and defining KPIs.
• Staying updated on industry and product changes and participating in corporate initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum requirements include:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 7+ years of experience in CDI or inpatient coding, or
• High School Diploma/GED with 11+ years of experience in similar roles.

Certifications such as RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CIC, CDIS, or CCDS are required.

Additional preferred skills:

• Understanding of Clinical Documentation Integrity and Revenue Cycle workflows.
• Experience with EMR systems, consulting, and client management.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Details

Travel up to 50% domestically. This is a remote position. No relocation assistance is provided. Must be authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
