Role Impact

As a Solution Advisor – Coding, you will collaborate with diverse, innovative teams to optimize workflows, advocate for clients, and stay updated on industry and product changes. Your responsibilities include:

• Partnering with clients for workflow discovery, adoption, and optimization of product lines, serving as a subject matter expert.
• Understanding client strategies, conducting workflow reviews, and suggesting improvements based on best practices.
• Advocating for clients, logging issues, and escalating when necessary.
• Managing client relationships and coordinating interactions across organizations.
• Tracking satisfaction metrics and KPIs to ensure high service quality.
• Staying informed on industry and product updates, participating in corporate initiatives, and adhering to standards and policies.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 7 years of experience as RHIA, RHIT, CDI Specialist, or Coder in any healthcare environment.
• Or High School Diploma/GED with 11 years of similar experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred additional skills:

• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle processes, EMR workflows, and healthcare consulting.
• Strong communication, client relationship, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively.
