Job summary

Accupac is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, modify, and optimize manufacturing equipment and packaging lines using SOLIDWORKS at our Mainland, PA facility. The role focuses on improving production efficiency, safety, and compliance while supporting cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering, 2–3 years of SOLIDWORKS experience, and strong design skills in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
2–3+ years of hands-on SOLIDWORKS experience in manufacturing.
Strong design experience with packaging machinery and production lines.

Responsibilities

Design, modify, and improve equipment, packaging machinery, and line layouts using SOLIDWORKS.
Create 3D models, drawings, schematics, and equipment documentation.
Lead projects from concept to implementation, coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
Analyze specifications, costs, space, and requirements to propose solutions.
Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Operations to boost efficiency and safety.
