Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum five years of machinery design experience.
• Two+ years of solid modeling design experience; Inventor experience preferred.
• Ability to train and guide cross-functional teams and deliver complex engineered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Equipment design: create detailed designs, specs, BOMs, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with sales, PM, and manufacturing to meet milestones.
• Evaluate materials for cost-effective designs and continuous improvement.
• Review and improve quality control procedures year over year.
• Provide technical support for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Travel up to 25% as needed; supervise design team to meet budgets and deadlines.
• Support product lifecycle management and continuous improvement initiatives.
