Indelco Plastics in Minnesota is seeking a SolidWorks CAD Drafter to design CAD drawings for mechanical assemblies, including rotationally molded tanks, piping spool assemblies, custom plastic fabrication, and CNC components.

You will collaborate with fabrication and manufacturing teams, update drawings to reflect as‑builts, and prepare complete design packages with specifications and material lists for production use.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SolidWorks for mechanical design and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Create preliminary design sketches for conceptual analysis.
• Produce engineering drawings and designs for production and manufacturing.
• Prepare design specifications, documentation, and material lists.
• Estimate costs for designs.
• Assemble complete documentation packages for engineers.
• Verify drawings meet specifications, codes, and regulations.
• Develop and maintain a component/assembly library.
