You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and production teams to support projects from concept through detailed documentation, gaining exposure to practical manufacturing applications and ongoing CAD skill development.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of mechanical drafting or CAD drafting experience.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks for 3D modeling and 2D drawing creation.
• Experience creating technical drawings, schematics, assemblies, and CAD documentation.
• Understanding of mechanical design principles, manufacturing processes, and GD&T standards.
• Ability to interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and design requirements accurately.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 2D drawings, schematics, assembly instructions, and technical documentation using SolidWorks and related CAD tools.
• Create accurate 3D models for mechanical components, product designs, system layouts, and fabrication support.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to translate sketches, specifications, and design concepts into complete CAD documentation.
• Review CAD models and drawings for accuracy, completeness, manufacturability, and compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain organized CAD files, version control, and documentation standards to support engineering and production workflows.
• Assist with assembly modeling, design visualization, and technical reports for internal reviews or client presentations.
