Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years directly related experience; three years of managerial experience recommended.
• Strong knowledge of public works operations, especially refuse and recycling.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of Solid Waste including Recycling and Household Waste.
• Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate operations of refuse and recycling collection.
• Administer budgets, contracts, and fee schedules for Public Works-Solid Waste.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal requirements.
• Monitor, record, and report information as required; manage capital improvements.
