Qualifications

• Knowledge of methods, materials, techniques and equipment used in solid waste collection.
• Knowledge of pertinent ordinances, codes, and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents and enforce requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contract adherence and prepare inspection reports.
• Verify cart requests and deliver New carts as needed.
• Perform site visits to inspect carts and assess inventory.
• Inspect and audit contractor performance and backdoor service requests.
• Communicate findings to contract administrators and resolve issues.
