Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble materials for R&D battery fabrication, ensuring quality and throughput.
• Operate equipment such as sealers, cutters, presses, and ultrasonic welders.
• Identify issues affecting build quality or timelines and communicate them.
• Manage inventory of consumables and coordinate with purchasing.
• Set up test fixtures, load/unload cells, perform tests, and document configurations.
