Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering/technical discipline with extensive professional experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Proven leadership and sustained technical achievement in large rocket motor propulsion.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation across the program lifecycle from pre-capture to delivery and sustainment.
• Collaborate with engineering staff across the Space business area.
• Mentor and guide career development within the engineering community.
• Develop incremental and disruptive architectural and technical solutions for customers.
• Serve as technical ambassador to customers, societies, and agencies.
• Drive innovation and maturation of the technical base.
