Job summary
Grace Technologies in Davenport, IA is hiring a Production Associate II for Soldering & Assembly. The role offers a Monday–Friday day shift from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM in a clean, air-conditioned, low-noise facility with a small team.
You will perform soldering, product assembly, and related material handling, following work instructions and bills of materials. A high school diploma and prior manufacturing experience are required, with growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Soldering experience required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written work instructions and BOMs.
- Willing to learn different areas of production.
- Able to work independently in a small team.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Soldering and product assembly.
- Building GracePort products.
- Kitting components and materials.
- Picking parts and orders.
- Inspection and quality checks.
- Packaging and shipping.
- Receiving and inventory support.
