Landrum Workforce Solutions seeks 1st & 2nd shift Soldering Assemblers in Fort Walton Beach, FL to support aerospace and electronics manufacturing with hands-on assembly, testing, and quality control. This role offers overtime, skill development, and competitive pay.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of assembly experience, fine soldering certification, and the ability to read production and engineering prints. PPE, lifting up to 40 lbs, and team collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of assembly experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Fine soldering certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Ability to read and interpret production and engineering prints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and manufacturing standards.
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Willing to work in environments requiring PPE, including exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and temperature variations.

Responsibilities

We are seeking dedicated Soldering Assemblers for full-time positions in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Compensation and Benefits

• Pay ranges from $20–$24 depending on experience, plus a 10% shift differential for second shift
• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (every other Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:15 PM – 12:45 AM (every other Friday)
• 2nd shift differential offered after training; may be required to train in 1st shift with differential after shift change
