Job summary

Automation Personnel Services in Addison, TX is seeking a dependable Soldering Assembler to solder components to PC boards and perform related electrical assembly tasks on the 1st shift. You will handle very small parts, perform thru-hole soldering, inspect for quality, and maintain a clean, safe work area while following OSHA regulations.

Soldering Assembler

Automation Personnel Services is hiring a dependable Soldering Assembler in Addison, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for soldering components to PC boards and performing other electrical related assembly procedures.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.

Schedule and Hours: 1st shift Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Soldering Assembler Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with very small components and place them in the correct position in exactly the right holes in the PC.
• Soldering experience with thru-hole is a must.
• Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous Soldering Experience

• Must be a high school graduate.
• Knowledge of soldering.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Prior Assembly/manufacturing experience
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be able to speak and understand instructions given in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
