Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing or soldering experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of soldering, electronic assembly, or IPC standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic solder touch-up and rework per work instructions, drawings and IPC standards.
• Conducts self-inspections to ensure workmanship meets Class 3 IPC-610 criteria.
• Reviews AOI results using Repair Plus with guidance as needed.
• Follows SOPs and established manufacturing processes.
• Supports cross-training within CCA production functions as required.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area per 5S standards.
• Adheres to company policies and governmental regulations and communicates quality concerns.
