Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrates correct understanding of routine aspects of work.
• Typically, up to 2 years of successful experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Performs a wide variety of routine manufacturing functions in one or more areas: Component prep and placement on PCBs.
• Hand solder through-hole components and/or wires to PCBs.
• Demonstrate ability to solder while using a magnifying glass.
• Performs trim touch up and basic rework on PCBs per inspection criteria/feedback.
• Assists in resolving routine manufacturing related problems affecting daily operations.
• Performs routine work within area of specialization.
• Seeks guidance on non-routine areas from manager.
