Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Solderer for our client in the architectural lighting industry.

You will support the production department by soldering, wiring, and assembling lighting components according to SOPs, with a 5:00 am start and a Monday–Friday shift in Costa Mesa, CA. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of soldering experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year proven soldering experience.
• Mechanical inclination and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and adjust items up to 25 lbs.
• Capability to work in environments with varying temperatures and occasional noise.

Responsibilities

• Soldering surfaces, applying flux, and fusing components with precision according to SOPs.
• Preparing and assembling linear strip lights and wire harnesses based on layout drawings.
• Collaborating with the production team to assemble product orders using hand tools, saws, and drills.

Our client, a leader in the architectural lighting industry, is seeking a Solderer to join their team. As a Solderer, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and wiring of lighting components. Pay Range: $23-24/hr

Shift: 5am-1:30pm, Monday through Friday
