Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years' experience in electronics.
• Ability to read assembly procedures in English.
• Knowledge of IPC guidelines and component nomenclature.
• Soldering skills test and proficiency with lead-free soldering.
• IPC 610 and IPC-J-STD certifications.
• Good organizational skills and lean team communication.
• Basic computer skills.
• Eco wiring knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow assembly procedures and process documentation.
• Verify integrity of material to be assembled.
• Assemble and/or solder electronic components to printed circuit boards.
• Understand and follow all applicable ISO and job specific procedures.
• Responsible for the accuracy of work-in-process.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of work area and surrounding workspace.
• Pre-form component leads per process documentation.
• Identify and report defective components.
• Other responsibilities as directed and necessary for the business.
