Job summary

This fully onsite role requires reading schematics, following procedures, and maintaining detailed repair records for quality assurance. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Six months of soldering work experience with surface-mount and through-hole tech.
• Ability to read and follow technical literature, drawings, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Remove and install components on multilayer PCBs using SMT and through-hole methods.
• Prepare PCBs for modification by wiring, adhesives, and IC relocation.
• Perform solder repair and modification activities per procedures and schedules.
• Follow written and verbal instructions; have work reviewed by seniors or inspectors.
• Complete quality and maintenance documentation and records per QA requirements.
• Adhere to ISO procedures and applicable quality standards.
