Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with wave solder or selective solder is preferred.
• Previous team-lead or leadership experience is helpful.
• Basic mechanical, computer, programming, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to train employees and communicate effectively with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance personnel.

• Lead and support the daily activities of wave and selective solder machine operators.
• Coordinate work assignments and production priorities based on the manufacturing schedule.
• Set up, program, operate, and monitor wave and selective solder machines.
• Assist operators with machine setups, programming, troubleshooting, and process adjustments.
• Monitor machine performance and production output to ensure soldering processes remain stable and efficient.
• Inspect circuit boards for solder joints and workmanship defects.
• Train new and existing employees in machine operation and safety requirements.
