Job summary

Southern Energy Management Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a full-time Warehouse Technician to support solar installation field teams, equipment support, and the commercial team by tracking, preparing, and loading materials.

Responsibilities include loading projects, selecting BOM components, maintaining inventory counts, and ensuring a clean, organized warehouse. Forklift and pallet jack operation are essential to daily tasks, with standard Monday–Friday schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• General construction knowledge and/or experience along with the ability to use hand tools (drills, saws, drivers).
• Solar or relevant experience is preferred.
• A four-year degree in a relevant electrical/renewable energy field is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and load projects for Solar installation teams.
• Select components to fulfill bills of material.
• Accurately track and support cycle counts of inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Operate forklift & pallet jack to unload and load palletized material.
