Job summary

Prosolar Systems in St. Thomas is seeking a Solar Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day warehouse operations, receiving, organizing, and preparing solar equipment for installation projects.

You’ll help ensure materials are available on time for crews, while upholding safety and accuracy requirements. The role requires forklift operation, strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, construction, or material handling preferred.
• Knowledge of basic warehouse and inventory procedures.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and organize solar equipment and materials.
• Safety-minded and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to operate forklift safely; certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming solar equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Pick, stage, and prepare materials for installation projects.
• Load and unload trucks, deliveries, and shipments safely and efficiently.
• Maintain organized warehouse and designate storage locations.
• Assist with inventory counts and record-keeping.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with warehouse, installation, operations, and admin teams.
