Job summary

Ipsun Solar in Fairfax, VA is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. You will help receive, store, and ship goods, and support daily inventory control in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, basic ERP skills (NetSuite preferred), ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license. Forklift experience is a plus and a background check is required.

• Assist in end-of-day pack out procedures, ensuring accurate and timely completion.

• Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and prepare trucks for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding warehouse activities.
