Position Summary

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for supervising activities in the Warehouse, including ordering, receiving, processing, recording, and distributing supplies and materials. The role involves maintaining detailed records, overseeing the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and dispatch of materials, ensuring safety compliance, and managing warehouse organization and systems. Collaboration with headquarters and accounting for safety and financial procedures is essential.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Adhere to warehouse and inventory SOPs
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Ensure accurate and timely order picking and packing
• Monitor inventory through cycle counts
• Assist in equipment delivery and loading/unloading
• Follow safety procedures
• Work effectively under deadlines
• Receive stock electronically, maintain records, research discrepancies, and coach staff
• Schedule pickups and deliveries
• Manage all aspects of warehouse operations and supervise staff
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years warehouse experience
• 1+ year management experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean record
• Criminal background check required
• Attention to detail, teamwork, self-motivation
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Excellent communication and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and mathematical skills

Physical Demands and Abilities

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Use equipment and gear to move items
