Job summary

American Solar & Roofing is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our Operations Team by managing materials, preparing equipment, and keeping the warehouse running efficiently. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and teamwork to power solar installations across Arizona.

The role involves shipping/receiving, material staging for crews, forklift operation, inventory audits, and using inventory software to process orders, with a focus on safety and organization.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or construction yard experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical Card.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and organizing materials and equipment
• Pick, stage, and prepare materials for construction crews
• Operate forklifts and assist with loading/unloading materials
• Maintain inventory accuracy through audits and organization
• Process orders using inventory software
• Stage construction vehicles for upcoming projects
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Support daily operations and other tasks as needed
