Brooklyn SolarWorks is seeking a hands‑on Warehouse Associate in New York, NY to keep materials flowing for solar installations. You will replenish stock, prep job kits, and coordinate deliveries with the Warehouse and Electrical Managers.

Responsibilities include packing kits, loading/unloading, and using warehouse software to track inventory. The role requires 1–2 years of warehouse experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• 1–2 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Warehouse and Electrical Managers to maintain and replenish stock.
• Assist with sourcing and procurement of electrical parts and components.
• Pack electrical kits and prep work for installation crews.
• Follow receiving protocols and verify deliveries.
• Load/unload vehicles and drive materials to job sites as needed.
• Organize and label materials; operate forklifts and machinery.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well‑organized.
• Use warehouse software to track stock levels and reports.
• Report damaged or missing goods to the Warehouse Manager.
• Support all warehouse upkeep and prep duties; take on extra tasks as directed.
