SunStrong Management is seeking an independent service technician to perform standard solar service tasks on site in Laughlin, NV. The role involves panel and inverter swaps, D/R work, and thorough documentation while upholding safety and professionalism on every site visit.

Candidates should have at least 1+ year of solar or related field experience, be roof-ready, and possess a valid driver’s license. Preference for those who work well independently and are roof competent.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of solar or relevant field experience.
• Roof-ready and comfortable working at heights.
• Valid driver’s license (subject to driver record check)

Responsibilities

• Perform service work independently, including: panel swaps and inverter swaps (string + micro).
• Disconnect/Reconnect (D/R) tasks.
• Troubleshoot non-communications issues and resolve them.
• Document jobs accurately (JCOs, photos, notes).
• Maintain safety and professionalism on site.
