All About Electric LLC is hiring dependable Solar Technicians to support projects across the Chicagoland area. You will install residential and commercial solar PV systems, mount racking, panels, inverters, and battery systems, run conduit, and connect wiring.

This role requires safety-conscious teamwork; training is provided, and compensation ranges from $18–$25 per hour with overtime, steady year-round work, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualificações

All About Electric LLC is growing and looking for dependable, hardworking Solar Technicians to join our team serving the Chicagoland area.

Schedule: Hours vary based on project and job-site requirements

Work Location: Various job sites throughout the Chicagoland area

What You’ll Do

• Install residential and commercial solar PV systems

• Install racking, solar panels, inverters, and battery systems

• Run conduit, pull wire, and complete or assist with electrical connections

• Test and troubleshoot installed systems

• Follow company safety procedures and applicable National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements

• Work collaboratively with installation crews to complete projects safely and efficiently

What We're Looking For

Experience in solar, electrical, roofing, or construction is preferred, but not required. All About Electric is willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Candidates must:

• Be dependable and punctual

• Be willing and able to report to different job sites throughout the Chicagoland area

A valid driver's license is preferred but not required. Employees may occasionally be asked to report to Joliet, Illinois, where a company work vehicle may be picked up before traveling to a job site.
