Formación

• High school diploma or technical certification preferred.
• Two years’ experience operating industrial or manufacturing machinery.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical documentation and measurement tools.
• Attention to detail and quality control awareness.
• Proficiency with computer applications.
• Teamwork and strong communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Operate safely and follow procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Operates automatic stringer machines to weld solar cells per specs.
• Trains new stringer operators.
• Loads solar cells and ribbons, unloads finished strings.
• Inspects cells and strings for defects and welding quality.
• Troubleshoots machine issues with stringer equipment.
• Tracks production metrics and adjusts machine settings.
• Maintains production and quality control records.
• Keeps work area clean and follows safety policies.
• Reads blueprints and work instructions.
• Collaborates with QC and engineering to improve efficiency.
