Job summary

Omnidian is seeking a technically proficient professional to serve as the primary technical contact for a 250-350 MW distributed solar portfolio in the United States. You will review service reports, join weekly client calls, and build strong relationships with clients, field partners, and internal teams.

You will investigate issues using monitoring platforms, manage service tickets, and coordinate with field service partners for retrofits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for 250-350 MW distributed solar portfolio.
• Review service reports and join weekly client calls to provide technical expertise.
• Build strong relationships with clients, field partners, and internal teams.
• Investigate issues using monitoring platforms and initiate performance improvements.
• Manage tickets for planned and unplanned service activities.
• Coordinate with field service partners and external engineering firms for retrofits.
• Own technical aspects of Commercial BESS program including sales and operations.
• Contribute to SOPs and QA/QC program updates.
• Support sales and product development initiatives.
