Job summary

Enel North America is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to support solar PV and energy storage projects across Texas. You will independently test, troubleshoot, repair and replace components, adhering to safety protocols while maintaining documentation for each service event.

Travel to sites within a one-hour drive may be required, with readiness for after‑hours work when necessary. Qualifications include 2–4 years in electrical work, a TX electrician license or related certification,

Qualifications

• Technical school preferred; High School or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of relevant electrical experience.
• TX Electrician’s License or related certification.
• Able to read electrical plans, manuals and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Test, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair solar and BESS equipment.
• Replace power plant electrical components as needed.
• Conduct preventative, reactive and predictive maintenance per Site Manager guidance.
• Read schematics and equipment manuals to support maintenance work.
• Document services and maintenance performed accurately.
