Job summary

Enel North America is seeking an Elec Maint Technician to visit solar PV plants, diagnose and repair electrical systems including MV 13.8kV and below, and ensure reliability through regular maintenance. The role requires hands-on electrical work, ability to read schematics, and adherence to safety standards.

The ideal candidate has an associates degree, 0–3 years of related experience, and a TX Electricians License, with willingness to travel regionally and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent desired.
• 0-3 years of related experience desired.
• TX Electricians License.
• A valid driver’s license operable in all 50 states and Canada; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Test, maintain, troubleshoot, and replace solar PV related electrical equipment.
• Interpret electrical schematics, vendor information and codes.
• Perform current and voltage readings as needed.
• Assist with preventative, reactive and predictive maintenance per Site Manager.
