This role involves managing the Application Development team, writing SOLID code, and mentoring junior developers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Microsoft technology stack and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise-level software development using the Microsoft technology stack.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Technical certifications are a plus (MCSD, MCPD).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational, maintenance, and project work within the Application Development team.
• Lead, motivate, and engage team members to cultivate a culture of excellence.
• Write SOLID code using test‑driven development methodologies.
• Mentor and conduct code reviews for less senior developers.
