Job summary
EthosEnergy O&M is seeking an Operations Site Technician for its Clearview Solar site in Quincy, OH. You will operate and maintain the solar facility, perform inspections, and coordinate preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and performance.
The role requires hands-on electrical/mechanical skills, experience with SCADA/CMMS, and willingness to travel for site support and on-call rotations. Join a safety‑driven, team‑oriented environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school training preferred.
- Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or related field is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety compliance and follow company policies on site.
- Conduct/coordinate preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and repair solar facility equipment to minimize downtime.
- Schedule maintenance with the Solar Manager and coordinate major activities.
- Record all work in CMMS and prepare operational reports.
