Legacy Power LLC is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead on active solar construction sites, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and deliveries while ensuring safety and on-time delivery. The role emphasizes field leadership, problem solving, and maintaining high workmanship standards.

Ideal candidates have solid field experience and are ready to advance with a growing company, working closely with project managers, clients, and trade partners to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• This role requires 3+ years of construction supervision experience.
• Experience in solar, electrical, or similar commercial construction.
• Ability to read construction and electrical drawings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of the NEC.
• OSHA 10 certification; OSHA 30 is a plus.
• A valid driver's license.
• Collaborative leadership with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day leader for assigned solar construction projects.
• Lead field crews and subcontractors.
• Coordinate daily construction activities, equipment, and deliveries.
• Maintain project schedules and adapt to field conditions.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA standards.
• Perform QA/QC inspections and document progress.
• Review drawings, permits, and project documentation.
• Coordinate inspections with utilities and AHJs.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, clients, and trade partners.
• Help solve field challenges to prevent delays.
