You will work as part of a crew to complete MSP rebuilds and ensure safe, high-quality installations. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, solar experience preferred, and the ability to read blueprints and use diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints to interpret electrical layouts and installation plans.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.
• Able to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Proficient with test meters and diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Assemble solar array racking and seal roof penetrations.
• Install related equipment and complete MSP rebuilds/upgrades.
• Connect to the MSP and ensure proper groundwork for solar installations.
