The role emphasizes hands-on electrical work, on-site troubleshooting, and customer education. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in PV installation or technical field work, with strong problem-solving, communication skills, and the ability to work safely on rooftops.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of PV installation, solar service, or technical field experience.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret 3-line diagrams, plan sets, and equipment specifications.
• Familiarity with NEC codes preferred.
• Proven ability to research, analyze, and resolve technical issues quickly and resourcefully.
• Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and in-person.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to lift and carry 40+ lbs and work safely on residential rooftops.
• Prior solar experience preferred, but candidates with strong technical skills from related trades (electrical, HVAC, telecom) are encouraged to apply.
