Qualifications

• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) required.
• State electrical license not required (but a plus).

Responsibilities

• Install and service solar batteries and energy storage systems for new and retrofit projects.
• Perform service upgrades, meter relocations, and electrical installations per NEC and codes.
• Provide technical leadership to the service or installation team when needed.
• Assist with job site preparation and material staging for safe workflow.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations and service calls with photos and site notes.
• Communicate professionally with customers, inspectors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site and follow safety protocols.

What You'll Do

• Install and service solar batteries and energy storage systems, both for new customers and retrofit projects.
• Perform service upgrades, meter relocations, and electrical installations in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), local building codes, and company standards.
• Provide technical expertise and leadership to the service or installation team when needed.
• Assist with job site preparation and material staging, ensuring safe and efficient workflow.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all installations and service calls, including photos, wiring diagrams, and site notes.
• Communicate professionally with customers, inspectors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site and follow all safety and vehicle operation protocols.

What You'll Bring

• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) is required.
• State electrical license not required (but a plus if held).
• Residential or solar electrical experience preferred, but not required - we provide training for motivated candidates.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools, wiring, and equipment.
• Ability to work safely on ladders, roofs, and in tight spaces as needed.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly and perform tasks that involve bending, kneeling, and climbing.
• Valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Record required.
