Garber Electrical Contractors, Inc. is seeking a Solar Service Foreman in Englewood, OH to lead electricians, ensure PV system performance, and deliver code-correct work on every site.

You will diagnose issues, read blueprints per NEC, test inverters, and coordinate with the PM/Dispatch while maintaining safety and a neat, professional installation on each assignment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PV/solar experience with leadership and communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; punctual and proactive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license; insurable; phone with voicemail/email/texting.
• Willingness to travel and work in all weather; able to lift 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose PV system issues and identify improvement opportunities.
• Read blueprints and apply NEC requirements in the field.
• Test, commission, and verify inverter performance.
• Coordinate daily job status with PM and Dispatch; seek clarity when needed.
• Maintain tool readiness, neat installations, and a professional vehicle.
