Job summary

Overland Contracting Inc. seeks a Solar Foreman to lead and supervise multiple crews on photovoltaic construction projects. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor electrical and civil work, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee foremen, manage schedules, review timecards, and participate in safety planning and incident investigations. Strong PV installation knowledge and NCCER certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have working experience as a Solar Foreman and Solar Technician with PV construction knowledge.
• Must demonstrate leadership, safety, quality and productivity standards.
• All required safety procedures and tools must be understood and applied.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise multiple solar crews and foremen.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor 3-week and 1-week work plans.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with contract plans.
• Review timecards and support incident investigations.
