Moss is seeking a Solar Senior Electrical Superintendent to plan, direct, and supervise field execution on utility-scale solar projects across multi-state sites.

Moss' Solar Senior Electrical Superintendents plan, schedule, organize and direct the construction of major solar projects. They are responsible for all field execution of the project. Senior superintendents typically will have several Superintendents as direct reports. Senior Superintendents are responsible for coordinating the timely and cost-effective placement of the contracted work. They supervise directly or through subordinates all field construction work by the company's forces and by the Subcontractors. They are responsible for all pertinent Safety and Quality Control policies and procedures.
Bachelor's in construction management, engineering or related field preferred
5 years’ experience as the General Superintendent on utility scale solar projects
Journeyman or masters license (including NASCLA or other way to demonstrate proficiency in electrical best practices), or ability to obtain within 6 months after hire
STS-C Certification at a minimum, or the ability to obtain within 6 months after hire
Experience with multiple direct reports and an exceptional ability to lead and manage project teams is a necessity
