Moss is seeking a Solar Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead field execution on utility-scale solar projects across multiple states with high travel requirements. You will direct on-site electrical work, mentor crews, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with owners and subcontractors to meet schedules.
The role requires extensive solar project leadership experience, a strong electrical background, and the ability to operate across a multi-state portfolio.

Moss\' Solar Senior Electrical Superintendents plan, schedule, organize and direct the construction of major solar projects. They are responsible for all field execution of the project. Senior superintendents typically will have several Superintendents as direct reports. Senior Superintendents are responsible for coordinating the timely and cost-effective placement of the contracted work. They supervise directly or through subordinates all field construction work by the company\'s forces and by the Subcontractors. They are responsible for all pertinent Safety and Quality Control policies and procedures.
