Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in commissioning utility-scale solar projects.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, and electrical infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of networking and communications systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive issue resolution.
• Ability to interpret Electrical and Mechanical drawings/schematics.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement site-specific commissioning plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with project teams (engineering, construction, QA, SCADA) for alignment on commissioning.
• Conduct pre-commissioning and commissioning tests (performance, functional, reliability) of communications systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve commissioning issues to ensure SCADA and site communications perform optimally.
• Prepare detailed commissioning reports with test results and corrective actions.
• Lead safety and quality-oriented initiatives and ensure SOP adherence.
