Job summary

ION Solar, LLC is hiring a Project Coordinator in Orem, UT to support sales and project delivery. You will coordinate with multiple departments, monitor project timelines, and create reports for field teams.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to effectively resolve customer issues and keep projects on track. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and customer service experience; solar experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Typing at least 45 words per minute.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to develop solutions to difficult problems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience required; solar experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Address inbound concerns from outside sales representatives regarding customers, broad issues, complaints or problems.
• Take the lead on difficult projects and coordinate with multiple internal departments to solve the problem.
• Communicate and outline plans and solutions to customers.
• Monitor solar projects and identify potential timeline delays.
• Create customized reports and resources for sales reps in the field.
• Provide trainings and regular updates to sales reps and managers in your market.
• Act as a primary point of escalation for customers.
• Complete special projects as they come up.
