Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Glyde Solar is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Solar Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Denver, CO. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our mission, directly engaging with clients to understand their unique energy needs and providing them with tailored solar solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background combined with a genuine commitment to renewable energy and exceptional communication skills. Your role will involve generating new leads, conducting solar consultations, and closing sales, all while fostering long-term relationships with customers. Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and door to door prospecting
  • Conduct in-home solar consultations and provide tailored solutions to potential customers
  • Educate clients on the benefits of solar energy and answer any questions they may have
  • Prepare and present proposals for solar energy systems to residential clients
  • Close sales by effectively communicating value and addressing customer concerns
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to installation


Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the renewable energy or home improvement industry
  • A basic understanding of solar energy products and benefits
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive market
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
