Position Overview:

We’re seeking motivated and goal-oriented Solar Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and guide them through the sales and installation process. This is a high-impact, performance-driven role with excellent earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Educate customers on solar energy solutions and financial incentives.

Conduct consultations (in-person or virtual) to assess customer needs and provide tailored solar proposals.

Generate leads through various channels (door-to-door, referrals, events, digital).

Close sales and manage customer relationships throughout the installation process.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or solar (preferred but not required).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and results-driven.

Comfortable working independently and remotely.

Reliable transportation (for in-person roles).
