Sunrun Street Team is seeking ambitious Sales Specialists in the U.S., offering a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earnings potential. Training is provided, with flexible scheduling after the initial period, and strong support to help homeowners switch to solar energy.

Qualifying income ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 in California's first year, with top performers earning well beyond. A California HIS license is required or can be obtained after starting as a Sales Scheduler.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct or commission-based sales is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory: Develop and manage sales in a residential area.
• Connect with homeowners: Knock doors, network, and follow up on referrals.
• Track your wins: Monitor sales activities and hit performance goals.
• Close the deal: Present solar solutions, explain financing, and guide customers through the process.
• Educate & inspire: Help homeowners understand the benefits of going solar—cost savings, clean energy, and energy independence.
