Sunrun Street Team is hiring Sales Specialists to drive residential solar growth in a dynamic, earnings-driven role. You’ll close deals, educate homeowners on solar benefits, and participate in ongoing training.

High earning potential comes from performance and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, with prior direct or commission-based sales experience, and comfortable working outdoors in various conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct or commission-based sales is preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory: Develop and manage sales in a residential area.
• Connect with homeowners: Knock doors, network, and follow up on referrals.
• Track your wins: Monitor sales activities and hit performance goals.
• Close the deal: Present solar solutions, explain financing, and guide customers through the process.
• Educate & inspire: Help homeowners understand cost savings, clean energy, and energy independence.
• Grow with Sunrun: Attend weekly training meetings to sharpen skills and boost earnings.
