Finray Solar LLC is seeking a dynamic Solar Sales Representative to partner with residential customers and small businesses in Massachusetts. You will explain the benefits of community and rooftop solar, engage leads, and drive subscriptions to meet sales targets.

This W2 role includes paid training, uncapped commissions, a 401K plan, and growth opportunities within a supportive team culture. High school diploma required with energy sector experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred (energy sector a plus)
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable learning and explaining technical concepts
• High school diploma or equivalent required
